Maureen did such an amazing job on our cake and cookies that we used for escort cards. The cake looked so classic and amazing. Also got many compliments on the taste of both flavors! People also thought the cookies were so different and a great idea. Maureen is great!

Maureen made the most beautiful wedding cake for us - it was exactly what we wanted. More importantly, the cake was delicious! We had several guests tell us that it was the best tasting wedding cake they ever had!!

Maureen was made such a beautiful cake for my wedding. She made it exactly how I wanted it and it tasted delicious. I had over 200 guest and the price was very reasonable for the amount of guest i had and the work she did.

Maureen was fabulous to work with !!! We had to plan our wedding from out of state and Maureen was great over email to work out the details. She made an XBOX 360 grooms cake for our rehearsal dinner, and it was out of this world, and looked SO real - it was definitely the talk of the evening, and all the guests loved it. We also had Maureen make our wedding cake, and she did one amazing job - from the design, to the cake flavors, it was exactly what we wanted and talked about with her. She is a true artist that is for sure. At the tasting, Maureen had all of the cake flavors we chose out to taste and we talked through a design and she sketched it out right in front of us and also provided pricing right then and there, so we did not have to wait for a quote, which was nice. Maureen is very reasonable with pricing considering the artistic level that she puts into her cakes - your getting much more than a cake in my opinion, your getting a work of art by someone that has a true passion for what they do. The cakes was very moist and SO delicious ( I wish I had a piece right now ). Our guests continue to rave about the grooms cake and the wedding cake ! I cannot say enough great things about Maureen, do yourself and your guests a favor and BOOK - you wont regret it !!

We loved when we met Maureen for the first time. She had tons of albums of her work and it was just the style we were looking for (Very "Ace of Cakes" if you will). We started talking about all of our crazy ideas and she took out some paper and colored pencils and drew out an amazing sketch! My mom contacted her for my shower cake and it was a gorgeous cake and DELICIOUS! I was psyched to get to taste one of her cakes seeing we were having a dummy cake so never taste-tested her stuff. Our dummy cake turned out PERFECTLY ? just like the picture she had sketched for us, it was amazing to see in real life! And she also made DH and I a small real cake that we could cut and feed each other ? delish!

Perfection!!! I hired Maureen with slightly less than 2 months before my wedding day after the original cake vendor (who was part of the package with the banquet facility) told me that my idea for the cake was horrible and would never look right. After I explained my idea to Maureen she said she could create my idea without any problem and thought it would look fantastic. My wedding cake absolutely was exactly how I pictured it in my mind. I had a beach theme wedding and really wanted a blue cake with white shell details. Maureen nailed it!!! It was the exact shade of blue I wanted and the details of the white shell and white trim looked amazing. The cake was topped with 2 mini adirondack chairs just like I wanted. The cake tasted incredible--so moist with a layer of buttercream and fondant--so delicious!!!!

Maureen was so easy to work with. I met with her one night and after looking through her portfolio and many magazines she was able to sketch a picture of my cake from the ideas we decided to combine. I loved the way my cake looked the day of my wedding and I loved that each slice of cake had vanilla and chocolate in it...it was delicious and the best of both worlds. Our leftovers came with us on the honeymoon. :) I loved that we had a small cake to cut the day of and then on our one year anniversary she will make us a new topper. I'm looking forward to next May for sure.

I wasn't able to meet with many cake vendors before I moved, and while I do wish I had, I still loved the end result with Maureen. When I first met with her I knew, or thought I knew what I wanted, however my husband and I hate fondant and the design we agreed on could only be done in fondant. At first we decided to stay with it, but it was rather expensive. Maureen was beyond helpful and understanding when we decided to change it, and actually helped me along the way. We ended up going with a champagne, and chocolate cake with raspberry filling, and covered in plain white buttercream. To be honest I do think she is a tad expensive and if I had met with other cake vendors I don't know if would have gone with her. At the wedding the cake did look beautiful, and the cake itself was extremely moist, but for a basic buttercream cake with not much decoration I believe it should have been much cheaper.

Cake was very tasty. I expected a little more on the design, though it was nice. A little higher priced than some, but she was very friendly and easy to work with.
